Case Study - North Highland Harriers Published on 7th May 2020

The Baillie Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund has contributed to many local projects and initiatives over the years.

One group which has benefited from the Fund is the North Highland Harriers and in addition to support via the Fund, since 2017 Statkraft has also provided sponsorship for the Winter Trail Series held by North Highland Harriers, a thriving running club based in Caithness.

The club has been in existence for nearly ten years, following a successful inaugural Castle of Mey 10K run in 2008 and the subsequent growth of running in the county. It now has more than 170 members of all abilities, aged 14 and over, taking part in road, trail, cross country and hill running.
